HEAL - Health Education Assets Library - "The Health Education Assets Library (HEAL) is a collection of over 22,000 freely available digital materials for health sciences education. The collection is now housed at the University of Utah J. Willard Marriott Digital Library." Public Health Image Library - Images from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Terms of use information is on their FAQ page and states, "Images are either 'Public Domain' (free use) or 'Copyright Protected' (restricted, obtain permission before use)" - most are public domain, but check individual image information regarding public domain or copyright status.
