Public Health Image Library - Images from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Terms of use information is on their FAQ page and states, "Images are either 'Public Domain' (free use) or 'Copyright Protected' (restricted, obtain permission before use)" - most are public domain, but check individual image information regarding public domain or copyright status.
