You will be asked for your PIN Number. We will only use this while inspecting/updating the Laptop. We will then reset the Laptop before we lend it to another student.
If the computer has suffered any physical damage, you will be asked to fill out a Laptop report Form.
Appointments are not required to return your laptop. However, if there is damage or lost components (case or power cord), you will be required to sign a Laptop Report Form.
