Customer Service
You can also take WEPA on the go with the mobile printing app for both Android and Apple devices.
Wēpa kiosks support most documents that can be printed from a software application. From USB, the WEPA kiosks support MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Rich Text Format, and Adobe PDF documents, along with the Pages, Keynote, and Numbers applications that are part of the iWork productivity suite from Apple.
Wēpa also supports JPG and BMP printing. Note: At this time, image printing is only available by using a USB jump drive at the Wēpa kiosk.
All jobs may be paid for with a debit or credit card. Paying at the kiosk with a credit or debit card will incur an additional $0.40 to the transaction.
You can avoid this additional fee by loading funds into your account at wepanow.com. We encourage everyone to make an account for a more seamless printing experience.

Wēpa, which stands for Wireless Everywhere Print Anywhere, is a cloud-based printing network that allows individuals with internet access to upload documents and print them at any available Wēpa kiosk. The SFSC Library at the Highlands Campus is equipped with one such Wēpa kiosk for users' convenience.
Utilizing Wēpa is a seamless process, as users can access the service from any location with an internet connection. By uploading documents to the Wēpa cloud, they can be easily printed at any Wēpa kiosk. Furthermore, a dedicated app is available for download, facilitating the printing process. Payment can be made through an online account or by using a credit or debit card.
Wēpa provides a variety of printing options, including color or black-and-white, as well as single-sided or double-sided printing. The service is both swift and user-friendly, making it an ideal solution for printing needs.
A single kiosk can be found at the Highlands Campus on the second floor of Building Y. The kiosk is strategically placed close to the Service Desk, adjacent to the Restrooms, and behind the Elevator for easy access.
